The Heilmeier Catechism

The Heilmeier Catechism

The Heilmeier Catechism, developed by former DARPA Director George H. Heilmeier, is a series of questions used to evaluate proposed research programs at DARPA. This module will provide an overview of these questions, which can be employed to develop stronger, more competitive proposals by providing a framework for proposal organization that works for nearly all research areas and disciplines. Additionally, we'll explore strategies to share your ideas with DARPA program managers by leveraging the Heilmeier Catechism.
